5 Min Fat Burn

Finding the best fat burning workout can be difficult.

In today’s society, everyone is busy. Between work, family, kids and multiple other responsibilities, how are we supposed to find time to workout?

If you’re hard pressed for time but want to burn fat, I have a killer workout that will burn tons of calories in only 5 minutes!

This workout is only two exercises that will be performed for 60 seconds. Then followed up with a 15-second rest. You will repeat each exercise twice and you’ll be done!

The Workout:

Hopping Burpees

Start out standing in place. Hop forward about 2 feet, then hop back into your original spot. After, go down into a burpee and repeat as many times as you can for 60 seconds.

Lunge Jump to Squat Jump

Start out standing in place again. Then jumping up, you will put one leg forward and one leg back and go down into a lunge jump. Then, you will jump up and switch legs to complete the lunge jump for both legs. Then you will jump up again and bring your feet together and go down into a squat. Remember to explode out of your squat and go straight into the next lunge jump. Repeat as many times as you can for 60 seconds.

Rest for 15 seconds after each exercise and repeat it twice. This workout will move very quickly and will leave your legs burning, but it will be done very fast! So push yourself!
